Data Deletion Instructions

1. Email nader@forrsa.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include the phone number or email address you used to contact FORRSA. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure channel.
3. We will acknowledge your request and may ask for limited information to verify that you control the relevant account or contact method.

After verification, we will delete or anonymise personal information that is no longer required and confirm completion. We may retain limited records when required by law, regulation, fraud prevention, accounting obligations, or the establishment or defence of legal claims. Where retention is required, we will restrict the information to that purpose rather than use it for ordinary marketing or sales activity.

This process covers information held in FORRSA systems. Meta and WhatsApp may retain separate account or platform records under their own policies; requests concerning those records must be submitted directly to the relevant provider.
