We collect information you provide to us, including your name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp profile name, messages, property requirements, budget, preferred areas, and other enquiry details.

We also receive technical and delivery information needed to operate our services, such as message identifiers, timestamps, webhook records, and basic website request information. We may receive property and transaction information from public, licensed, or authorised sources.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, create and maintain customer records and conversations, recommend relevant properties or services, provide requested follow-up, operate and secure our systems, prevent duplicate or fraudulent activity, keep required business records, and comply with applicable law. Sending us a WhatsApp message permits service replies to that enquiry; it does not by itself opt you into unrelated marketing.

We use service providers to host the website and application, store business data, deliver email, and exchange WhatsApp messages. These providers may include Meta, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and Hetzner. Information may therefore be processed outside the United Arab Emirates, subject to applicable safeguards and provider terms. We do not sell personal information.

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to meet legal or regulatory obligations, or to establish or defend legal claims. We use access controls, tenant isolation, audit records, encrypted transport, and restricted service credentials to protect the information we manage. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to, correction of, restriction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. We may need to verify your identity, and some information may need to be retained where the law requires it.
