The Land Department registered 3,815 property sales in September 2015, worth AED 11.67B in total, across 97 communities. That is 8% fewer than the same month a year earlier.

The median sale was AED 1,342,046 at AED 887/sqft, 2.9% below the same month last year. 28% of sales were off-plan.

Marsa Dubai was the busiest community with 286 registered sales, and also took the most money at AED 1.38B.

Against the previous month, Jabal Ali First rose 118% to 170 sales, while Burj Khalifa fell 39% to 131.
