Every figure below comes from sale transactions registered with the Dubai Land Department and dated inside March 2026. Mortgages and gifts are excluded; the register's own record of a sale is the only source.
The Land Department registered 13,852 property sales in March 2026, worth AED 44.44B in total, across 108 communities. That is 9% fewer than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,662,560 at AED 1,731/sqft, 8.4% above the same month last year. 70% of sales were off-plan.
Madinat Al Mataar was the busiest community with 1,028 registered sales, while Al Yelayiss 5 took the most money at AED 3.54B.
Against the previous month, Bukadra rose 111% to 375 sales, while Al Safouh First fell 71% to 52.
