The Land Department registered 16,885 property sales in January 2026, worth AED 70.06B in total, across 119 communities. That is 19% more than the same month a year earlier.
The median sale was AED 1,844,035 at AED 1,789/sqft, 18.2% above the same month last year. 64% of sales were off-plan.
Al Yelayiss 1 was the busiest community with 1,073 registered sales, while Al Rowaiyah First took the most money at AED 6.31B.
Against the previous month, Al Yelayiss 1 rose 732% to 1,073 sales, while Dubai Investment Park Second fell 63% to 497.
